With over 31 years in education, Twyla Hinton has devoted her life to shaping young minds and cultivating safe, inclusive, and empowering learning environments. From the classroom to the front office—and now to the public stage—Twyla has always believed one thing: Every child deserves a champion.
From Classroom Educator to School Leader
Twyla began her journey in the classroom, teaching middle school for 13 years, where she became known for igniting a love of learning and giving voice to students who often went unheard.
Driven to create lasting change, she transitioned into leadership and served for 18 years as a respected middle school Vice Principal. In that role, she led initiatives focused on:

After retiring from her official role in education, Twyla felt called to extend her impact beyond school walls. She saw an urgent need to educate and empower parents, support educators, and help communities become stronger advocates for students everywhere.
Now, as a consultant, speaker, and mentor, Twyla is committed to sharing the lessons and insights earned from decades of hands-on experience in education.
