Returns & Refunds policy
1. General Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our educational services and the preparation time involved, all sales are final. Twyla Hinton does not offer refunds for Tutoring sessions, Parent-Teacher Conference Advocacy, or Speaking engagements once a booking is confirmed and payment is received.
2. Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment:
24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Rescheduling: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
3. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled session (virtual or in-person) within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
4. Technical Issues (Virtual Sessions)
If a virtual session cannot be completed due to technical issues on Twyla’s end, a full makeup session will be scheduled at your convenience. If the technical issue is on the client’s end, we will attempt to troubleshoot for the first 10 minutes, but the session will not be extended or refunded.
5. Speaking Engagements
Refund policies for Speaking and Keynote services are governed by the specific terms outlined in the individual contract and formal quote provided after the Discovery Call.
